Returns: If you need to return a web order please email www.treeoflifejewelry@comcast.net. We will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) which you write on the mailing label.

Returns without an RA# will be refused. Returns with an RA# will be promptly processed, and if in original condition, will receive a prompt credit card refund to the issuing card. Shipping is not refunded.

The US Postal Service is inexpensive. For smaller items ask to ship First Class, insured, with delivery confirmationProtect your return in a bubble mailer or hard box.

Rings returned with scratches on the shank from wearing will be assessed a $10.00 refurb charge.

Black oxidized backgrounds are guaranteed one year. After one year, a five dollar charge is assessed with the customer paying the shipping charges both ways.

Items must be resalable, so if you have a problem, do not continue to use the item.
